Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TedProspect ("the Service"), operated by Tedbin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TedProspect is an automated outbound sales CRM platform that provides lead discovery via Google Maps, AI-powered contact enrichment, website performance auditing, AI proposal generation, email sending, and CRM pipeline management. The Service is designed for digital services businesses conducting legitimate B2B outreach.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based pricing model. New accounts receive 100 free credits. Credits are consumed when using enrichment, AI offer generation, and proposal generation features. Purchased credits do not expire. All purchases are final — credits are non-refundable. Prices are displayed in EUR and CHF and may be updated with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful B2B outreach purposes. You must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or violate anti-spam legislation (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and equivalent local laws).
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Use discovered prospect data for purposes other than legitimate business outreach.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service and all prospect data discovered and enriched through your account. We do not sell your data to third parties. We process your data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of prospect data complies with applicable data protection laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate business descriptions, proposals, and outreach content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending it to prospects. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Tedbin. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to the platform. AI-generated content produced for your account is yours to use freely.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tedbin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
